Who we are. Native IT Experts (nativeitexperts.com), owned by Iqra Ashraf. Contact: nativeitexperts@gmail.com. By using this website, downloading a free resource, or buying a pack, you accept these terms.

What we sell. Digital prompt packs, handbooks and AI courses — educational materials, not software, not a done-for-you service, and not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Results from using a prompt depend on the tool, the inputs you give it and your own judgement; we do not guarantee any income, grade, hiring or business outcome.

Licence. When you buy a pack, you buy a personal-use licence for yourself (or, for a teacher buying for their own classroom preparation, for that teacher’s own use). You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or offer the files — or substantial parts of them — as your own product, unless a pack expressly states a wider licence. The free sample pack is for personal evaluation and sharing the sample itself with a friend is fine; reselling it is not.

Courses. Course places, dates and access details are as stated at booking. Recorded material is for the booked participant’s personal study, on the same licence terms as above.

Accuracy and changes. We aim for accurate, current descriptions and prices; prices and pack contents may change, and the live shop listing at the time of purchase is the authoritative version. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase or download applies to that transaction.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any pack or course is limited to the price you paid for it.

Contact and disputes. Email nativeitexperts@gmail.com first — most problems are file problems, and those are fixed under the Refund Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your own jurisdiction.
