Refund Policy

Digital downloads — please read before buying. Our prompt packs and handbooks are digital PDF files delivered instantly. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, a purchase is final once the file has been downloaded, except as below.

If something is wrong with your file, we fix it — within 14 days of purchase:

• the file is corrupted or will not open,
• you received the wrong file, or
• pages or content are missing.

In those cases we will repair, replace or refund the purchase — your choice of remedy where a repair or replacement is possible. Email nativeitexperts@gmail.com with the pack name, your order details and what went wrong, and we will respond with the fix.

What this policy does not cover: change of mind after a successful download, buying the wrong pack by mistake after a successful download, or a pack that works as described but does not suit your taste. Please use the free 10 Power Prompts sample before buying to check that our style suits you.

Free resources (the sample pack and any free email content) cost nothing and carry no refund question.

Where you bought matters. Packs bought through our Ballwool shop are delivered and supported under this same policy; Ballwool’s checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.
